Substitute Bartender

About the role

Responsibilities

• Support company's philosophy and culture through Legendary Quality Experiences
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction and achieve Mission Statement
• Follow Guiding Principles and D.E.L.I.G.H.T
• Serve beverages in compliance with state, federal, and corporate regulations
• Prepare and serve drinks according to server orders
• Mix drinks, set up and break down the bar, maintain cleanliness, and stock supplies
• Handle multiple tasks effectively and provide excellent service
• Assist guests, manage emergencies, and provide detailed responses to guest requests
• Provide instruction and guidance for guest and employee safety
• Work flexible schedules and holidays, maintain personal hygiene, and be detail-oriented

Requirements

• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to motivate others
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, including liquors, cocktails, and wines
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Clean and healthy personal hygiene and grooming
• Ability to consistently delight and satisfy guests

Qualifications

• Have an in-depth knowledge of food and preparation
• Have a good knowledge of wine
• Have an excellent knowledge of mixed drinks and cocktails
• Be able to relate to all levels of guests and management

Pay and Benefits

$33.27 to $44.37 hourly, commensurate with experience. A competitive benefits package is also provided.
