About the role

We are the nation's largest employer of childcare providers and offer positions ranging from Sunday mornings to 45+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Create memorable experiences for kids through outdoor play, stories, songs, creative activities, and helpful routines.
  • Guide naps, meals, and schedules while building meaningful connections with children of all ages.
  • Support wonderful local families with flexible schedules to fit their needs.

Requirements

  • Availability Monday–Friday between 7am–7pm for consistent weekly hours.
  • At least 2 years of childcare experience (paid or unpaid).
  • Two childcare references available upon request.
  • A genuine commitment to safety, engagement, and active attention while caring for children.
