Substitute Aide (South Metro)
Job Details
The Substitute Teacher is a vital member of our school team, responsible for maintaining continuity in the classroom during the absence of the regular teacher. This role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive learning environment. Substitutes working in the south metro may be responsible for traveling to schools in Eagan, Burnsville, Apple Valley, Lakeville, and more! All Applicants MUST Be able to work a flexible schedule, Monday-Friday. Have positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude. Be willing to learn and grow as an educator. Enjoy working with children!
Responsibilities
- Maintain continuity in the classroom during the absence of the regular teacher.
- Adaptability and strong communication skills are required.
- Foster a positive learning environment.
- Travel to schools in Eagan, Burnsville, Apple Valley, Lakeville, and more!
- Work a flexible schedule, Monday-Friday.
- Positive work ethic and team-centered attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow as an educator.

Requirements
- Meet or exceed state qualifications for the listed position.
- Have previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work.
- Satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
- Have the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
