Responsibilities

• Shape memories that children will cherish for a lifetime.
• Inspire, spark curiosity, encourage creativity, foster a sense of community, warmth, and promote a deep sense of belonging for every child.
• Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.

Requirements

• Must have completed 48 college credits or passed a paraeducator exam.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification (Fullerton locations).
• Able to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.

Pay

$19.00+/per hour

Schedule

• Buena Park: Mabel L. Pendleton Elementary & Carl E. Gilbert Elementary - Program Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:50/2:00-6:00 PM; Wednesday from 12:00-6:00 PM
• Fullerton: Acacia Elementary - Program Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:50/2:00-6:00 PM; Wednesday from 12:00-6:00 PM (TK/K dismiss at 2:10; 1st grade+ dismiss at 2:30)
• Newport Mesa: Woodland Elementary, Kaiser Elementary - Program Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:50/2:00-6:00 PM; Wednesday from 1:30-6:00 PM
