As an After School Enrichment Educator, you’ll be the spark that makes after-school hours the best part of a student's day! This role focuses on supervising and engaging students during after-school enrichment programming. It’s ideal for educators who enjoy a dynamic environment and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences. Schedule & Compensation The program runs until June 4 2027. Substitute Instructor: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (as needed) across various activities, including Cooking, Dance, STEM, Martial Arts, Sports, Spanish, and Crafts. Compensation: $30 / hour In This Role, You Will Supervise Elementary or Middle school students.Ensure student safety and well-being at all timesPlan and lead engaging recreational activitiesAssist students with homework and academic support as neededFacilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamworkEffectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcementMaintain accurate attendance and incident recordsOrganize and oversee snack time and outdoor playPrepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safe Requirements 18+ years of ageAbility and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to the start date. (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR)Authorization to work in the USExceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
