About the role
You'll lead the design process on complex projects to ensure all design solutions meet client needs, quality standards, and project goals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review design documentation, create and review detailed drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and feasibility.
- Maintain project documentation including scoping documents, design inputs, quality checklists, and project filing systems.
- Oversight scope and quality review processes for your projects ensuring adherence to client specifications and high-quality standards.
- Proactively monitor and resolve any technical issues or challenges throughout the project lifecycle while managing time effectively to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- An in-depth understanding of industry-standard design practices, codes, and regulations with a strong portfolio showcasing successful execution of large, complex projects, and at least 5 years of experience designing power delivery systems.
- A proven track record in successfully executing large and complex projects.
- Some college education is preferred but not required, and a focus in relevant fields such as electrical engineering, design, or a related discipline is a plus.

- You have exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- You’re a strong communicator with the ability to engage with clients and cross-functional teams effectively.
- You are proficient with business and engineering applications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is a must.
