We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, remove boilerplate: opening paragraph about HDR, employee-owners, etc. That's generic but maybe part of "About the role"? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Also "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should keep substantive content: description of role, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay, schedule, location maybe. We need sections: About the role (maybe a brief paragraph summarizing role). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe required qualifications). Qualifications (maybe preferred). Skills (maybe skills). Benefits (list). Pay (specific ranges). Schedule (Full-time). Also maybe Location? Not a required heading; we could fold into About the role or a paragraph. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay section: we have specific ranges per location. So we can include Pay section with those ranges. Schedule: we have "Schedule:Full-time". So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: we have a paragraph describing benefits package. So include Benefits section. Qualifications: we have "Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree, PMP certification" and "Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering 7 years related experience A minimum 2 years project management experience Professional Engineer (PE) license MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus) Demonstrated leadership skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must". So we can split Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications maybe under Requirements and Qualifications sections. The instruction: Use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content. - About the role: maybe a paragraph describing the role's purpose: "As part of our Power sector, you’ll help shape how electricity is generated, transmitted and delivered as global energy demands grow..." etc. Could be a few sentences. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "In the role of a Substation Engineering Manager, we'll count on you to:" then bullet list. - Requirements: maybe the required qualifications (Bachelor's degree, 7 years experience, 2 years PM experience, PE license, MS Office/MS Project, leadership skills, employee-owned culture commitment). Could be under Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications (Master's degree, PMP certification). Could be under Qualifications. - Skills: maybe technical skills like MS Office, MS Project, leadership, etc. But we already have those in requirements. Could also include "Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently, utilizing teams in different locations." etc. Might be better to put under Skills. But we must not duplicate content. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details, but we can organize them under headings without losing info. We can repeat info? Probably not duplicate same sentence in multiple sections; but we can split. Let's extract substantive sentences. We are an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer (https://www.hdrinc.com/equal-employment-opportunity-employer). We consider all qualified applicants, regardless of criminal histories, arrest and conviction records." We need to remove boilerplate: the opening paragraph about employee-owners, diversity, etc. Might be considered generic but could be part of "About the role"? However it's more about company culture. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The opening paragraph is not exactly boilerplate but it's generic company description. Might be considered part of "About the role"? The role description includes "We believe electricity powers modern life..." etc. That's more specific to the role. The opening paragraph about employee-owners is more generic. Could be considered boilerplate? Not sure. Safer to keep it as part of About the role? But we need to avoid filler. It's substantive about company values. Might be okay. But we also have later sections: "What We Believe", "Our Commitment", Employee Network Groups, benefits description. Those are also company culture/benefits. Benefits we need to include. The "What We Believe" and "Our Commitment" could be considered part of About the role or maybe we can omit as they are generic? However they are specific to HDR's culture. The instruction says remove duplicated lines and boilerplate. Those might be considered boilerplate but they are specific to HDR's employee network groups etc. Might be considered part of Benefits? Not exactly. The benefits section already lists benefits. The employee network groups could be part of Benefits or maybe we can include under Benefits as additional info. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include that info somewhere. We have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can put company culture description under About the role (maybe a paragraph). Responsibilities list from the bullet points. Requirements: required qualifications. Qualifications: preferred qualifications. Skills: maybe leadership, ability to lead multiple projects, technical expertise, etc. Benefits: benefits package + employee network groups. Pay: compensation ranges. Schedule: Full-time. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay ranges. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown. We'll produce something like:
