About the role
We'll count on you to conduct analyses to develop power-related design options or recommendations, assist in the preparation of project deliverables, perform routine engineering assignments, and complete projects with clear objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analyses to develop power-related design options or recommendations, and assist in the preparation of project deliverables (examples include engineering drawing packages, cost estimates, and project specifications)
- Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures
- Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers / professionals on larger projects
- Work with assistance from Project Engineers, other Engineers In-Training (EITs), Designers, or BIM Specialists as needed
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
- Candidate must hold or be eligible to obtain an EIT certificate
- Preferred qualifications: Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate
- Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer skills in Microsoft Office, and an attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
