Responsibilities
Performing substation electrical and physical design work and, when required, drafting for assigned projects.
Support other projects as required.
Resolution of AutoCAD software operating issues.
Establishing AutoCAD environments per client requirements.
Requirements
- College degree or two-year technical certificate in computer-aided drafting/design
- A minimum of 15 years of computer-aided drafting and designer experience
- Advanced computer skills and expertise in the use, operation and maintenance of AutoCAD
- A sound operating knowledge of MicroStation is preferred
- Proven effective verbal and written communication skills
- Results-oriented with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, quality, schedule, and budget
- Effective in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface with team members and clients
- Occasional travel/driving may be required
