Responsibilities
- Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
- Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
- Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- An active Maine behavioral health licensure or certification including but not limited to: LADC, CADC, CCS, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states.
- Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
- High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
