About the role
Seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate community support services. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, supporting clients' recovery goals, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
Requirements
- Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
- Associate’s degree in human services or a related field (bachelor’s preferred)
- Knowledge of addiction and case management principles
- Experience with justice-involved populations is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
