Scope of Work

In the Course Congruence Check, SMEs look at curriculum and assessments and provide feedback on alignment between these elements.

SMEs perform a side-by-side comparison, answering one simple question: "Does the course provide adequate information for students to be successful on each task prompt or assessment item?"

SMEs answer "yes" or "no" for each prompt or item on the assessment.

For performance assessments, SMEs also provide feedback on whether they feel that each rubric aspect appropriately measures candidate competence of the corresponding task prompt.
