About the role
Interclypse supports several Maryland state agencies in the modernization and sustainment of critical systems. This exciting opportunity provides candidates with the ability to contribute to the long-term health and success of the state while continuing to learn and grow professionally within Interclypse’s growth mindset culture. All positions are required to be onsite at various locations in Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Captures and analyzes data to develop solutions and recommendations for system implementations.
- Coordinates and manages the preparation of analysis, evaluations, and recommendations for proper implementation of programs and systems specifications.
- Works closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Develops and maintains documentation for system specifications and user manuals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
- (Preferred) Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Seven (7) years of experience in the IT field.
- Five (5) years of combined new and related older technical experience in the IT field directly related to the required area of expertise.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders.
Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, etc.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of system architecture and design principles.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
