Subgerente Compras Indirectas

About the role

We are looking for a Subgerente de Compras No Comerciales (Indirectas) to join our Centro de Servicios Compartidos (CSC) based in Argentina. You will lead the regional acquisition of indirect goods and services for the group, standardizing and transforming processes in a multi-regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support regional strategies for the procurement of indirect goods and services (IT, Marketing, Professional Services, Maintenance, and others).
• Ensure the correct generation, administration, and follow-up of purchase orders.
• Manage and monitor contracts, ensuring control and compliance.
• Guarantee the efficiency of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle under the shared services model.
• Ensure SLAs and key KPIs for the area, leading automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead, train, and develop the team, coordinating with Procurement and business unit leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Procurement/Compras, with 2 to 3 years leading teams in shared services centers (CSC) or multi-regional environments.
• Proven experience in indirect procurement.
• Proficiency in SAP (MM, Ariba), Coupa, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Excel and desirable knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Bilingual English (required) and advanced Portuguese.
