Purpose

Responsibilities

• Ensure work sites are set up according to Renewal by Andersen guidelines.
• Perform basic to routine window or door installations and removals.
• Conduct work site tear‑down and clean‑up of the entire job site.
• Work with integrity and provide world‑class customer service to Renewal by Andersen’s customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling experience.
• Proven track record of superior workmanship.
• Self‑motivation and results orientation.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
• References of past work.
• Ownership of own truck, trailer, and tools.
• Scheduled availability to work when homeowners are available (between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.).
• Time and work‑process management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Certified Lead Renovator Certificate.
• Certificate insurance meeting the following requirements:
  • General Liability – $1 Million each occurrence
  • Automobile Liability – $1 Million combined single limit
  • Worker’s Compensation – $1 Million policy limit
