About the Role
This position is the Subcontract Program Manager for the Integrated Submarine Imaging System (ISIS) program within the Advanced Development Integration & Production (ADIP) submarket segment of the Undersea Mission Systems (UMS) Market Segment. The role involves leading supply chain activities on ISIS Production and Engineering Services, delivering on existing programs, and capturing new, related business. ISIS is a long-standing program within our business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee performance of major subcontractors and critical suppliers
- Implement strategies to drive efficiencies and ensure on-time deliveries that meet production floor needs
- Collaborate with multiple functions, suppliers, and leadership to resolve issues, both internally and externally
- Manage key metrics and performance, including material base forecasting
- Provide strategic support to proposal activities, ensuring supply chain best practices are embedded in all planning and deliverables, and maintain alignment with capture strategy
- Travel as necessary to support business needs

Qualifications
- Experience in Supply Chain or Material Management
- Proposal/New business/Capture experience
- Production experience (e.g., working a program that had product deliverables)
- Available to travel for business needs

- Experience with Procure 2 Pay (P2P)

Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $145,100.00 – $269,500.00
