About the role
The Aeronautics Supply Chain team at Lockheed Martin is dedicated to providing innovative, affordable, and agile solutions that meet customer needs. This role is within the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Strategic Supplier Team.
Responsibilities
- Overall management of supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance
- Interfacing with program functional organizations such as Production Operations
- Managing procurement, delivery activities, and related purchase order delivery schedules supporting IFG, AMMM, and F-35 production, sustainment, and development programs
- Leading and supporting activities including preparing requests for proposals, evaluating subcontractor proposals, developing cost/price analysis, negotiations, purchase order creation/documentation, purchase order maintenance, managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, and communicating across multi-functions and multi-level platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college OR 5+ years of professional experience
- Experience in Supply Chain, Material Management, or Program Management
- SAP experience
- FAR 12 & FAR 15 experience
- DFARS experience

- Experience in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects
- Experience evaluating supplier proposals
- Experience managing supplier/customer relationships
- Self-starter; experience working independently and in a collaborative environment
- Cost/Price Analysis experience
- Communication skills
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skill sets
