What You Will Be Doing
- Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk COTS subcontracts.
- Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and exercise procurement delegation authority.
- Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract provisions.
- Administer awarded subcontracts and manage change activities throughout the contract lifecycle.

Basics Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with Supply Chain Management concentration or Bachelor's degree in Supply chain management/operations management or closely related field.
- Ability to lead projects & teams to execute Supply Chain subcontracts and sourcing activities in an executing capacity as a Purchasing Agent/Buyer/Subcontract Administrator/Manager.
- Previous experience implementing change to improve processes.
- Ability to make important tactical and strategic decisions while delivering results.
- Previous experience preparing and delivering presentations.
- Ability to obtain a US Security clearance.
- Experience with Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Desired Skills
- Experience with SAP S4Hana, Procure to Pay (P2P), SC NAV or similar ERP system.
- Knowledge of Procurement processes including Lockheed Martin Material Acquisition Procedures.
- Expert proficiency in Excel.
- Experience applying artificial intelligence tools.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Advanced critical thinking skills.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position.
Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
(Washington state applicants only): Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
