Subaru Sales Associate / Entry Level

Join our dynamic team of Subaru sales associates! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service and ready to make a difference in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding the perfect Subaru vehicle.
• Handle all aspects of the sales process, including but not limited to, test drives, financing options, and warranty discussions.
• Manage inventory and ensure vehicles are displayed attractively and accurately.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new models, features, and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
