Sub Prime/Finance Manager Needed ASAP - Rushville, IN

About the role

As a Finance & Insurance Manager at Hubler Chevrolet, you will assist the department manager in leading and directing the entire sales staff while working as a Finance/Desk Manager. You will help customers arrange financing for their purchases and present them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.

Responsibilities

• Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability
• Maintain proficiency with title laws and registration processes
• Keep certifications current as required for the position
• Accurately desk deals, submit them to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals
• Prepare and mail all deal packages with complete and proper documentation to lenders or follow department processes
• Accurately audit team deals post-sale
• Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts

Requirements

• 2 years of auto dealership experience in a Finance Manager role
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to “close” deals and ask for the sale
• Professional appearance
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
