Top Rail Fence – Nashville is a trusted provider of high-quality fencing solutions for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties throughout Middle Tennessee. Known for our professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer-first approach, we are rapidly growing and seeking experienced Fence Installation Subcontractors to join our network of skilled partners.

Responsibilities

• Install fences according to company standards and customer specifications (wood, chain link, vinyl, aluminum, and agricultural fencing)
• Accurately interpret site plans and layout instructions
• Maintain safe, clean job sites
• Communicate clearly with clients and Top Rail Fence associates
• Deliver completed projects on time and to specification

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional fence installation experience
• Must be licensed and carry liability and workers comp insurance
• Reliable truck/trailer, tools, and equipment required
• Ability to work independently and manage job timelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
