About the role
This position is responsible for a number of administrative and accountability-related responsibilities as they relate to the contract and subcontractor management function within the organization. Specifically, this position is responsible for subcontractor and vendor onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Manages the Subcontractor/Vendor Onboarding, Setup and Maintenance function throughout the Contractor-Subcontractor relationship lifecycle.
- Ensures all required subcontractor qualification documentation and agreements, pricing agreements, insurance requirements, immigration and other regulatory compliance, etc are acquired, appropriately validated, documented, maintained and updated as required.
- Works with the team to track and process policy renewals for subcontractors and vendors.
- Collaborates with other department employees to ensure their understanding of and partnership with these initiatives.
- Sets up and processes subcontractor-related data, including I9 Compliance, company documents, contract and pricing agreements, and certificates of insurance.
- Prepares and updates processes as needed.
- Provides Company insurance documentation to various external stakeholders as needed.
- Communicates with other departments as necessary to facilitate customer, vendor, sub-vendor, and project setups.
- Acts as a backup to other personnel in the contract management department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Two to four years of related job-related experience.
- Proficient PDF editing and data entry skills.
- Intermediate use of word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet, and cloud-based software.
- Experience working with Avetta program.
- Experience working in SAP.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal guidance.
Qualifications

The wage range for Sub-Contract Specialist is $21.00 - $23.00.
