Responsibilities

  • Assemble small and large aircraft components according to work instructions and specifications
  • Work with sealants, bonding adhesives, and other assembly materials
  • Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety and quality standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful
  • Previous assembly, maintenance, or repair experience is a plus
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Dependable, reliable, and committed to workplace safety
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Compensation and Schedule

Monday – Friday
7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Starting Pay: $21.70/hour
