Responsibilities
- Assemble small and large aircraft components according to work instructions and specifications
- Work with sealants, bonding adhesives, and other assembly materials
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful
- Previous assembly, maintenance, or repair experience is a plus
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Dependable, reliable, and committed to workplace safety
- Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Compensation and Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Starting Pay: $21.70/hour
