Requirements
- Active Illinois Cosmetology License.
- Passion for guest experience and building strong client relationships.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.

Compensation & Schedule
- $15–$16.20/hour base pay plus commission opportunities exceeding 50%.
- Commission on services, retail, and tenure rewards.
- Flexible schedule with approximately 4 days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak business hours.
- This role also requires full commitment to our structured training program, which is designed to fast-track your technical skills, service standards, and guest experience.
