Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience for all customers.
• Ensure that all products are displayed and merchandised to showcase beauty and accessibility.
• Support staff in providing exceptional customer service.
• Participate in store events and promotions to enhance the brand's presence.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and beauty products.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with point-of-sale systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
