Core Accountabilities

• Achieve personal sales and key performance goals.
• Drive revenue growth through exceptional service, relationship building, and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize Cole Haan's "#RUOBSESSED?" Selling Program to uncover customer needs, build meaningful connections, and deliver personalized solutions.
• Assist the leadership team in executing store initiatives that support profitability and business objectives.

Serve As a Stylist

• Serve as a brand ambassador by consistently embodying Cole Haan's standards for appearance, professionalism, and customer engagement.
• Guide customers through the "Step into Style" experience by providing personalized styling recommendations across product categories and creating head-to-toe solutions that reflect their lifestyle and individual style.
• Build customer confidence by thoughtfully addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and recommending solutions that best fit the customer's preferences and needs.
• Stay informed on Cole Haan's seasonal collections, product innovations, key features, and current fashion trends and share relevant information with the customer.

Create Extraordinary Customer Experiences

• Consistently uphold Cole Haan's values by putting the customer first, acting with integrity, collaborating with teammates, and delivering experiences that inspire confidence.
• Leverage fit expertise, product knowledge, and styling acumen to provide personalized solutions that meet customers' lifestyle and wardrobe needs.
• Build lasting customer relationships that drive loyalty, repeat business, and long-term brand advocacy through authentic engagement and follow-up.

Support Store Operations

• Adhere to company policies and procedures & notify management of any infractions.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused team environment.
• Follow all operational, loss prevention, health, and safety procedures.
• Support and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations and the elevated Cole Haan brand experience.
• Support store operations through receiving & processing shipment and sales floor replenishment.
• Support Enterprise Order Management (EOM)-Omni Channel Processing.
• Execute all housekeeping tasks.

Requirements

• Part-Time Position
• Candidates must be at least 16 years of age
• Must have the availability and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a retail business, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute positively by working effectively with others in a team-oriented environment
• Provide excellent customer service
• Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English
• Able to operate POS systems and have professional phone skills
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time, including repetitive use of upper extremities.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally

Pay

Rate of pay dependent upon candidates' relevant skills, experience, and location. Pay Range $14.00 - $16.00
