PT Lead Stylists at EVEREVE are expected to embody the brand’s core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART). They must work a minimum of 15 hours per week and lead in delivering the HEART Styling Experience to customers.

• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, exuding warmth and positive energy.
• Follow all company and Store Manager policies and standards.
• Ring employee purchases and ensure accuracy within the company’s policies.
• Support the leadership team in daily operations, including coordinating operations, managing inventory, and maintaining merchandising and store visual standards.
• Drive for results and contribute to the store’s sales goals.
• Achieve a minimum of $140 Sales Per Customer (SPC) and $150 Sales Per Hour (SPH).

PT Lead Stylists should have a warm and friendly demeanor, a natural connection with people, and a passion for fashion and current trends. They must be willing to take risks with fashion and be an early adopter of new trends, possess a growth mindset, and be highly emotionally intelligent, able to influence others positively.

PT Lead Stylists are expected to embody the EVEREVE brand and serve as brand advocates for the company’s mission.
