Stylist Part Time

We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country. Our difference is striving to offer the highest "effective wage" in the market—combining base wage, productivity, product commissions, and tips. Last week, the average effective wage for our staff was $31.26/hr, with some earning substantially more. No one in our company earns less than $20/hr in total. Select salons offer a $300 signing bonus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on stylistic options for their hair.
• Listen to clients' needs to determine their preferences.
• Describe different hair care products and their benefits.
• Shampoo, cut, and style hair.

Requirements

• Valid barber or cosmetology license.
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset and a good eye for design.

Pay

Base pay + product commissions + productivity + tips.
