Responsibilities
- Curate getaway weekends, luxury travel, and family vacations
- Manage invitations, guest lists, seating plans, stationery, thank-you notes, sympathy acknowledgments, and floral arrangements
- Sourcing elegant hostess gifts
- Cook up memorable intimate dinners as well as small and large-scale gatherings
Qualifications
- Significant experience as a top tier event planner, 5-star hotel concierge, stylist, or related role
- Hightly organized, proactive, and a self-starter
- Understands both what is cutting edge and what is tried and true
- Anticipatory by nature and possesses exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Gracious, have impeccable taste, and a strong sense of etiquette
- Comfortable handling confidential matters, coordinating across multiple vendors and cities, and representing the family with discretion and sophistication
- A well-developed network of trusted contacts and resources is highly valued
Schedule
Generally, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
The Family Office in Palm Beach, FL. There are business offices in several major cities including Chicago, NYC, and LA. The family is open to discussion about the right candidate working from one of those offices and has a strong preference for this person to be in the Palm Beach FO full-time or regularly.
Benefits
- Annual base salary of $175,000- $225,000, commensurate with experience
