Responsibilities

As a Stylist or Barber, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional haircuts and styling services to clients
• Ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all clients
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Performing regular maintenance tasks to keep the salon clean and organized
• Assisting with marketing efforts and promoting the brand

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Experience in the hair care industry preferred

Pay

Base starting at $14-16/hour based on experience, typical range is $25-30+/hour with bonus/commission and tips.

Schedule

Shifts are typically from 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday, with potential for weekend and evening work.
