About the role

As a part time Windsor stylist, you are the face of our brand to our fashion loving customers. You are committed to inspiring and empowering each customer every day in your store. You will get to showcase your incredible style and passion for fashion through styling our customers head to toe while creating a positive environment for all. You are not just selling clothes, you are creating memories!

Responsibilities

• Style and present products to customers
• Engage with customers to understand their fashion needs and preferences
• Create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with product recommendations
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and in good condition
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and trends

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using Microsoft Office)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and trends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong visual merchandising skills
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
