About the role

As a part time Windsor stylist, you are the face of our brand to our fashion loving customers. You are committed to inspiring and empowering each customer every day in your store. You will get to showcase your incredible style and passion for fashion through styling our customers head to toe while creating a positive environment for all. You are not just selling clothes, you are creating memories!

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their style and needs
• Style customers from head to toe, including accessories and footwear
• Provide styling advice and recommendations based on customer preferences and budget
• Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience for all customers
• Assist customers in finding the perfect fit and style
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and trends

Requirements

• Passionate about fashion and customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and styles
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
• Experience in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$15 - $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Part-time positions available, ranging from 10 to 20 hours per week.
