About the role

As a part time Windsor stylist, you are the face of our brand to our fashion loving customers. You are committed to inspiring and empowering each customer every day in your store. You will get to showcase your incredible style and passion for fashion through styling our customers head to toe while creating a positive environment for all. You are not just selling clothes, you are creating memories!

Responsibilities

• Style and present merchandise to customers
• Engage with customers to understand their fashion needs and preferences
• Provide styling advice and recommendations
• Create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience
• Ensure all products are displayed attractively and in good condition
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new trends and product offerings

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of basic retail operations and customer service principles
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
