About the role

As a part time Windsor stylist, you are the face of our brand to our fashion loving customers. You are committed to inspiring and empowering each customer every day in your store. You will get to showcase your incredible style and passion for fashion through styling our customers head to toe while creating a positive environment for all. You are not just selling clothes, you are creating memories!

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their style and needs
• Style customers from head to toe, including accessories and footwear
• Create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience
• Help customers find the perfect fit and style
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new styles and trends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and styles

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong visual merchandising and styling abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously

Pay

$15 - $20 per hour based on experience
