About the role

As a part time Windsor stylist, you are the face of our brand to our fashion loving customers. You are committed to inspiring and empowering each customer every day in your store. You will get to showcase your incredible style and passion for fashion through styling our customers head to toe while creating a positive environment for all. You are not just selling clothes, you are creating memories.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their fashion needs and preferences
• Style customers from head to toe, ensuring they look their best
• Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience for all customers
• Help customers find the perfect fit and style for their outfits
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with any inquiries
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and a desire to help others look their best
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus

Skills

• Strong visual merchandising skills
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
