Stylist

About the role

As a part time Windsor stylist, you are the face of our brand to our fashion loving customers. You are committed to inspiring and empowering each customer every day in your store. You will get to showcase your incredible style and passion for fashion through styling our customers head to toe while creating a positive environment for all. You are not just selling clothes, you are creating memories!

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their style and needs
• Style customers from head to toe, including accessories and footwear
• Provide styling advice and recommendations based on customer preferences and trends
• Create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for all customers
• Ensure all customers feel comfortable and confident in their purchases
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and styles

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using Microsoft Office)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and styles

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Previous experience in styling or fashion industry is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong visual merchandising and styling abilities
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brands
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
