About the role

The Stylist plays a key role in our stores by serving as an ambassador of the 7 For All Mankind brand and culture, ensuring the highest level of customer engagement. You will contribute to the store’s success by demonstrating a customer-centric mindset, modeling selling behaviors, and fostering a passion for the brand, customer, and product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall store success.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by styling and wardrobing each customer based on their needs.
• Set the example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards.
• Represent the brand in all interactions with customers and peers.
• Build client relationships and generate excitement about our product through client outreach.
• Work with the Store Manager to set goals for personal skill development.
• Assist the store Management team with non-selling operational tasks, including:
  • Replenishing stock levels on the sales floor.
  • Maintaining organization of the store stockroom.
  • Assisting with execution and setup of sales and promotions.
  • Helping to maintain a neat, clean, and well-presented store.
• Remain flexible and available to support scheduling needs of the business.
• Ensure team members embody the brand in all interactions with customers and peers.
• Maintain Loss Prevention awareness to protect the store from internal and external loss.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, standards, regulatory compliance, and directives, including dress code and attendance.
• Support directives from visuals, operations, and marketing groups to ensure proper execution.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service.
• Able to meet performance expectations.
• Strong communication and engagement skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of initiative and self-starter ability.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently operate a cash register while following cash handling procedures.

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements

• Repetitive hand motion while operating a cash register or computer.
• Regularly interact with the public in a crowded and noisy store environment.
• Stand for the entire work shift.
• Operate office equipment (e.g., computers, phones, fax machines, scanners, copiers).
• Work weekend and night shifts as needed.
• Climb ladders as required.
• Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds.
