Styling Designer

We are seeking a Design Specialist to create innovative powersports vehicle concepts and visualizations that enhance future products and reinforce brand identity. Responsibilities Include Developing original styling concepts through sketching, rendering, and digital design tools, balancing aesthetics, functionality, cost, and manufacturability.Collaborating with cross-functional teams in all development phases to support design reviews, resolve issues, and ensure feasibility aligned with technical and manufacturing requirements.Conducting market, consumer, and competitive research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences, contributing creative insights to concept development.Assisting in physical and digital model development and supporting presentations for internal stakeholders.Staying updated on industry trends and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the styling team. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Transportation, Graphic Design, or related field.Minimum of 3 months’ work experience; 4+ years may substitute for education.Strong sketching, visual communication, and proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Alias, Rhino, Blender).Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts and knowledge of powersports products and markets. Work Conditions Primarily desk-based with keyboarding; some physical effort (lifting over 50 lbs.) and possible travel.Occasional overtime may be required based on project needs.
