Style Guide

Role Description

The Style Guide role is a part-time, on-site position based in Las Vegas, NV. This role focuses on guiding customers through the made-to-measure experience, from initial consultation to final fitting, ensuring each garment reflects their preferences and fits their lifestyle.

• Greeting and engaging customers
• Explaining customization options
• Aiding with fabric and style selection
• Taking accurate measurements
• Collaborating with showroom teammates to maintain visual standards
• Managing appointment flow
• Providing attentive service that reflects Indochino’s brand values
• Supporting customer follow-up
• Resolving minor service issues
• Contributing to a positive, inclusive showroom environment

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer service and client-facing skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a consultative approach to helping customers make style decisions.
• Experience or strong interest in fashion, menswear and womenswear styling, garment construction, and contemporary trends, with an eye for fit and detail.
• Comfort with taking body measurements, handling fittings, and using measurement tools or digital systems to ensure precise made-to-measure specifications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with showroom colleagues, and support a respectful, inclusive, and empowering workplace culture.
• Basic technical skills to use point-of-sale and appointment systems, manage online orders, and navigate digital tools for customer profiles and measurements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple appointments, follow through on customer requests, and maintain showroom standards.
• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is an asset; experience in tailoring, styling, or suiting is highly beneficial.
• Availability to work part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in an on-site showroom setting in Las Vegas, NV.
