About the role
We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Style Advisors to join the Equinox team in Armonk, NY. This role is ideal for a candidate eager to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. The Style Advisor delivers an unparalleled customer experience to all Equinox and Shop visitors, supports business strategy, and ensures operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total store goal).
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience for all Shop and Equinox visitors.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs, and products.
- Understand and consistently uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies.
- Comprehend all communication and training materials; assist with timely and accurate completion of operational tasks.
- Support the Shop MOD in maintaining brand standards through merchandising, marketing, and adherence to dress code.
- Uphold excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, at cash wraps, and in stockrooms.
- Build effective relationships with employees, colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
- Stay informed about activities and standards in other departments to foster team spirit.
- Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures; support company initiatives.
- Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels with tact and diplomacy.
Requirements
- Ability to take direction.
- Experience in a customer service business, preferably in retail.
- Hardworking, diligent, honest, and possessing personal integrity.
- Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Openness to learning and applying new techniques and ideas.
- Availability to work a varied schedule based on the needs of the retail business.
Pay
$17 per hour, with the ability to earn additional incentives.
