Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, stock control, and maintaining a beautiful environment for the team and customers at all times.
• Demonstrate outstanding understanding of Mint Velvet’s market position and competitors; generate and act on ideas, opportunities, or concerns that may impact the store.
• Ensure exceptional standards of customer service, including the Personal Styling offering.
• Achieve exceptional visual delivery that reflects Mint Velvet visual guidelines, creating a sanctuary of style and service that enhances the customer journey and overall in‑store experience.
• Be proactive in driving personal development and continually improving performance.
• Follow and adhere to all policies and procedures and run a sound, robust operation.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a key holder in a fashion retail store (ideal).
• Genuine love of fashion and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong team player who can work collaboratively.
• Inspirational, helpful, and informed role model who knows, wears, and lives the Mint Velvet style.
