Responsibilities

• Successfully participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and skills aligned with brand expectations
• Enthusiastically present and educate customers on the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready-to-Wear and Custom-Made products
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics
• Build relationships to increase client loyalty by utilizing Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program
• Ensure all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines
• Maintain all store standards and operations to company expectations
• Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
