Style Advisor

As a Style Advisor you have a contagious energy and an entrepreneurial spirit. You possess a strong sense of personal style and are enthusiastic about dressing people. You communicate opinions with genuine, straight‑to‑the‑point language, build relationships, and take a personal approach to each interaction.

Responsibilities

• Successfully participate in a multi‑layered training cycle to develop expertise and skillset aligning with brand expectations.
• Enthusiastically present and educate customers about fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready‑to‑Wear and Custom‑Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales metrics.
• Build relationships to increase client loyalty by utilizing Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
• Ensure all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed per visual guidelines.
• Maintain store standards and operations in accordance with company standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform successfully in a team‑based culture.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
