About the role

The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for leading domestic mechanical and electrical field service operations, supporting the internal Operations division of Nabors, supervising assigned technicians, and ensuring safe, efficient, and timely service delivery across the assigned district. This role supports field operations through technical troubleshooting, workforce coordination, internal operations communication, equipment readiness, and adherence to company safety and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field service technicians across assigned district
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for mechanical and electrical systems
• Coordinate workforce scheduling and deployment for service calls
• Manage internal operations communication between field teams and support functions
• Ensure equipment readiness and availability for service assignments
• Monitor and enforce company safety policies and procedures
• Oversee documentation compliance for service activities
• Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to meet operational targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical field service supervision
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and systems
• Ability to lead and manage a team of technicians
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
• Willingness to travel within the assigned district as needed
