Study Oversight Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Mentor, train, and support the professional development of study oversight managers
• Serve as the point of contact for supplier resource management and capacity planning
• Ensure oversight of supplier performance against metrics and quality standards
• Identify, escalate, and resolve quality and trial delivery issues
• Collaborate with study leadership to maintain study quality and staff oversight
• Drive communication and alignment between study oversight managers and external suppliers
• Agregate country-wide supplier issues for senior management insights

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of clinical execution experience, or
• Master's degree with 6 years of clinical execution experience, or
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of clinical execution experience, or
• Associate's degree with 10 years of clinical execution experience, or
• High school diploma/GED with 12 years of clinical execution experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of people management or leadership experience
