Study Delivery Sr Mgr (Study Delivery Lead)

For our client, we are seeking a Study Delivery Sr Mgr (Study Delivery Lead) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead global clinical study delivery efforts, ensuring studies are executed with rigor, speed, and compliance across cross-functional teams. The position will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive study plans, manage risks, and maintain high-quality data and participant safety. It is a highly visible leadership role responsible for escalations, operational oversight, and continuous improvement across complex clinical trials. The ideal candidate will bring deep clinical operations experience and the ability to guide geographically distributed teams through all phases of study execution. Success in this role will require strong collaboration with research partners, vendors, and leadership while maintaining regulatory readiness and inspection preparedness. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $163,721 – $197,116 annually Responsibilities Lead cross-functional study teams to ensure high-quality clinical data delivery. Define and implement comprehensive study plans, including feasibility and site engagement. Proactively manage study risks to ensure participant safety and data integrity. Oversee global study execution, including enrollment and data flow. Provide leadership and escalation management for complex study issues. Build partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Champion continuous improvement and regulatory compliance in clinical trials. Qualifications Doctorate degree with 2 years of clinical execution experience, or equivalent experience with lower degrees. 7 years in life sciences or a medically related field, including 5 years leading global clinical trials. Experience managing direct reports across multiple geographies. Experience in regulatory audits/inspections as a sponsor. Oversight of clinical research vendors (CROs, labs, etc.).
