Responsibilities

• Oversee creative projects from conception to completion
• Manage a team of designers, providing mentorship and feedback
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Art, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a design studio or similar environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management tools and software

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of web design principles and trends
