Studio Lead- Port St. Lucie

About the role

The Studio Lead will oversee the creative direction and execution of projects within the studio, working closely with the Creative Director and other team members. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role within a creative agency or similar environment
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing creative projects
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools and software
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Ability to mentor and develop junior designers

Skills

• Strong visual design skills
• Understanding of color theory and typography
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
