Pure Barre Charleston is a locally female-owned franchise with studios in Downtown and West Ashley. We offer a collection of full-body classes built movements that build strength, cardio fitness, and flexibility for every level, and a community of clients we know by name. Role DescriptionThe Studio Manager leads day-to-day operations across our Downtown and West Ashley studios. This role manages the front desk and sales team, drives membership growth and retention, and makes sure every client has a great experience. The Studio Manager also leads local marketing and grassroots community outreach, plans studio events, and partners with our Lead Teacher to keep both studios running smoothly and to brand standards. This is an in-studio position, split between our two locations, with some flexibility to complete administrative work remotely.
