Studio Assistant
Responsibilities
- Keep the office organized and client-ready at all times
- Maintain an organized library of materials, samples and finishes
- Greet and welcome all studio visitors
- Support the design team with administrative and project tasks as needed
- Run errands as needed (post office, deliveries, material pickups, coffee runs, office supplies etc)
- Monitor and communicate office supply and facility maintenance needs
- Aid with general studio upkeep, including trash and common areas
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), Microsoft Office, and Mac OS
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to problem solve
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for occasional travel between offices and project sites

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
